Registration and purchase

Who can buy Ziacom Medical products through the online store?

Since they are medical devices,  Ziacom Medical Ziacom Medical products can only be purchased by health professionals or employees of dental clinics or laboratories. In addition, only registered users in Spain and Portugal can buy Ziacom Medical products through the online store. For purchases from other countries, please contact the export department at the email address export@ziacom.com.

I have a discount or promotional code. How can I use it?

Before confirming the purchase and providing payment details, you need to enter your promotional code in the box in the shopping basket provided for that.

Can I check progress with an order?

You have a specific section in your private area where you can check progress with all your orders and other details.

What channels can I use to place orders?

In addition to doing this through our online store (https://shop.ziacom.com/), you can purchase our products by calling the customer service line on 91 723 33 06, writing to the email address  pedidos@ziacom.com or contacting the sales department through the customer service telephone number.

 

Shipping and payment methods

What payment methods are accepted?

For orders placed by telephone, email or through a sales representative, you can complete your payment by transfer, direct debit, cheque or credit or debit card. For orders placed through the online store, the only payment option currently available is credit or debit card.

What invoicing methods are there?

​You can find the invoicing methods for orders placed by telephone, email or through a sales representative and for online orders in our Condiciones generales de venta.

Where can I see my invoices?

​You can see them in your private area.

Where can my order be shipped to?

Ziacom Medical orders can be shipped to any municipal area in Spain and Portugal. Deliveries to the Canary Islands can only be made to tax addresses in the Canary Islands. Likewise, tax addresses located in the Canary Islands may only receive orders when the delivery address is in the Canary Islands. For orders to other countries, please contact our international department at export@ziacom.com.

What are the delivery charges?

Orders placed by telephone, email or through a sales representative:

  • Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: €6 + VAT for orders up to and including €180.  

  • Canary Islands: €18 for orders up to and including €240 (customs clearance costs not included).  

  • Madeira and Azores: €15 for orders up to and including €300 (customs clearance costs not included). For orders for Portugal, the customer must be registered as an intra-community operator.  

For online orders:

  • Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal: €6 + VAT for orders up to and including €200 (VAT included).

  • Canary Islands: €18 for orders up to and including €150 (customs clearance costs not included).

  • Madeira and Azores: €15 for orders up to and including €300 (customs clearance costs not included).

When will I receive my order?

  • Mainland Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands*: orders placed Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00 and Friday from 8:30 to 15:00 will be delivered by courier, before 19:00, through the standard delivery service of delivery the next working day after placing the order. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered by courier, before 19:00, through the standard delivery service of delivery the second working day after placing the order.

  • Portugal and the online store: orders placed Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:30 and Friday from 8:30 to 13:30 will be delivered by courier, before 19:00, through the standard delivery service of delivery the next working day after placing the order. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered by courier, before 19:00, through the standard delivery service of delivery the second working day after placing the order.

* Deliveries to the Canary Islands and Portugal may be subject to possible delays due to customs procedures.  

Can I place an order for shipping to Mainland Spain if my billing address is in the Canary Islands?

Deliveries to the Canary Islands can only be made to tax addresses in the Canary Islands. Likewise, tax addresses located in the Canary Islands may only receive orders when the delivery address is in the Canary Islands.

Are there special delivery services**?

There are two special delivery services that must be requested at the time the order is placed. Special delivery services are not available for online orders:

  • Special 10-hour service: latest delivery is the day after the order is placed up to 10:00 (€15+ VAT).  

  • Special 12-hour service: latest delivery is the day after the order is placed up to 12:00 (€12+ VAT).   

** The special delivery services are available for orders for Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal (check the towns this applies to by calling 91 723 33 06 or emailing pedidos@ziacom.com) placed by phone, email or through a sales representative. They are not available for orders placed through the online store. They must be requested at the time the order is placed.

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been processed?

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.

Is VAT applied to the final price of the products?

The prices of all our products are published without VAT, but in the shopping basket you can see the total cost of your order with VAT included for orders being shipped within Spain.

Is the payment platform secure?

We work with the POS Virtual Redsys, through whose secure platform you can pay for your order with every guarantee of security and using any of the brands of cards. Changes, returns, cancellations and refunds

Can I return products?

You can return any Ziacom Medical product within a maximum of 90 days as long as (1) it appears as available in the current Ziacom Medical catalogue; (2) no offers or sales promotions were applied at the time of its purchase; (3) it was invoiced or shipped at zero cost, with 100% discounts or free of charge; (4) it is in perfect condition at the time of its return. What can I do if the product arrives damaged?

Contact the Ziacom Medical customer service team and tell them what material has been received damaged, the items and the batch number. See the remaining steps to follow in our Condiciones generales de venta.

What is the deadline for returns?

You can return any Ziacom product within a maximum period of 90 days from the issuance of the purchase invoice.

What is the process for returns?

You can find the procedure for returning any Ziacom Medical product or material in our Condiciones generales de venta.

Can I cancel an order?

Within your private area you have the option to cancel the order during the minutes between the order being placed and it being processed. If you wish to cancel your order once that time has passed, and it has still not been shipped, you can contact our customer service team through any of the channels provided for that.

Can I make changes to an order?

Once an order has been confirmed it cannot be changed. To make any changes you will need to cancel it and place a new order.

How and when will I receive the refund for my order?

The refund will be provided through the same payment method used to place the order, once the quality department has checked that the material complies with all the refund requirements.

  • Payment by direct debit: any returns received at our facilities before the 21st day of each month will be processed and paid in the current month’s invoice. Returns received after the 21st will be paid in the invoice of the following month.

  • All other payment methods: the refund for the returned material will be paid within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of issue of the credit note.

What material is used to make Ziacom Medical implants?

For the manufacture of our implants we use Zitium, extra-high-strength grade 4 titanium, which gives them a substantially improved yield strength and mechanical properties.  

Are Ziacom Medical implants and products biocompatible?

Yes. The material, morphology and design of all our implants and products guarantee a high success rate for treatments.

What products does Ziacom Medical offer?

What connection types do your implants have?

What surface treatment is used for Ziacom implants?

The surface treatments we apply to the Ziacom implant systems are Titansure y Titansure Active.  

What is TTA treatment?

TTA stands for Titansure Active, our innovative surface treatment for implants that includes BBL (Bone Bioactive Liquid) technology to optimise and accelerate osseointegration.

Do Ziacom Medical products come with a guarantee?

We are confident about the excellence of our products and services, which is why all our implants come with a garantía de por vida.

What quality certifications does Ziacom Medical have?

Our quality management system is certified in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 13485 standards. We also comply with the requirements of GMP 21 CFR 820, and our products have the CE marking for medical devices.

Where are Ziacom implants and abutments made?

All of our implants and abutments are 100% made in Spain.
